Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team for Street, Road & Highway Construction. The ideal candidate oversees and manages construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and budgets.
Oversee all aspects of construction projects throughout the implementation and execution of the plan and schedule.
Manage all necessary resources to complete the project.
Successfully interface with customers, contractors, project inspectors, and field personnel.
Ensure project safety and efficiency.
Provide training to both experienced operators and newly hired laborers.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role for 10+ years
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, or Primavera
Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs and bidding software.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
We are seeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Must have excellent leadership skills, be a strong communicator, and have a “take ownership” attitude.
Must be willing to travel up to 80% of your time.
Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and Bluebeam a plus

Requirements

Other Details

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
